Transparent. Structured. Fixed-price. Here's exactly how we take your project from brief to live website — with no surprises along the way.
Most agency engagements are painful because of uncertainty — unclear scope, shifting timelines, and invoices that don't match expectations. We've eliminated all of that.
Before we start, you know: the exact scope of what we'll build, the exact price you'll pay, and the exact date we'll deliver. We've run this process on 250+ projects. It works.
The discovery call is a genuine conversation — not a sales pitch. We want to understand your business, your customers, your goals, and what your website needs to achieve to be considered a success 12 months from now.
Before the call, we review your current website (if you have one) and come prepared with observations. We look at your Google PageSpeed score, your mobile experience, your SEO basics, and your conversion funnel. You'll leave the call knowing exactly what we see and what we'd prioritise.
We'll also give you an honest recommendation on the package best suited to your goals — including recommending the smallest one if that's genuinely what you need. We'd rather build the right project than oversell.
Within 48 hours of your discovery call, you receive a written proposal. This document contains everything you need to make a confident decision: the full scope of what we'll build, page by page; the deliverables at each stage; the timeline with committed delivery date; and one fixed price.
Alongside the scope document, we include a design direction brief — a moodboard of visual references, proposed typography choices, and colour direction — so you can see the aesthetic direction before any development begins. This is not a vague "here's what we're thinking" — it's a specific, opinionated direction that you can approve or redirect.
The fixed price is the price you pay. We don't bill hourly, and we don't add charges for work that was always within scope. If you want to add something that genuinely wasn't in the original brief, we'll quote it separately first.
Once you sign and pay the 50% deposit, design begins immediately. We work in Figma and design full mockups for every key page — homepage, interior page template, mobile view — before a single line of code is written.
The design proposal is presented in a Figma share link with a written rationale for each major decision. Why we chose this typeface. Why this CTA is placed here. Why this trust signal appears above the fold. You're not just reviewing a design — you're reviewing the thinking behind it.
This stage includes one round of design revision. We collect your feedback, make all changes in one pass, and present the final design for approval. Nothing goes to development until you explicitly approve the design. This is the single most important step for project success.
Once the design is approved, we build. The build phase timeline depends on project complexity — typically 5–7 days for Launch projects, 10–14 days for Scale projects, and 15–20 days for Platform builds.
At the end of the build phase, you receive a staging link — a fully functional version of your site at a temporary URL. Click through every page, test every form, and review the site on your phone. Send us one consolidated document of everything you'd like changed.
Two full revision rounds are included in every project. We address all feedback in each round — no cherry-picking, no "that's out of scope." After revisions are complete, we present the final version for your sign-off.
Before anything goes live, we run our 40-point pre-launch checklist. Speed audit. SEO review. Form testing. Cross-browser testing (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge). Redirect verification. Analytics confirmation. SSL and security headers. 404 page. Favicon. Every box checked before we touch production.
On launch day, we handle the DNS and hosting migration — you don't need to touch anything technical. We monitor the new site for 24 hours after launch to catch any edge cases.
The handover includes: a recorded video walkthrough of the CMS (how to add blog posts, update team pages, edit content), full documentation of the site structure, and 30 days of free post-launch support for bugs and minor adjustments.
The discovery call is free, takes 30 minutes, and you'll leave with a clear picture of what your website needs.
