A well-regarded medical practice with three Bay Area locations was running on a 9-year-old website that loaded in 8 seconds on mobile and had virtually no search presence. Patients couldn't easily find the right location, book appointments, or navigate the service offerings. The practice had no way to update content independently.
We rebuilt the site on Webflow with a healthcare-specific trust architecture: prominent credentials above the fold, clear patient journey pathways, online booking integration (Zocdoc), and location-specific landing pages for each clinic. Every page was structured to convert both direct traffic and organic search visitors. We implemented LocalBusiness schema for each location to improve Google Maps visibility.
A well-funded SaaS startup had a visually dated marketing site that didn't reflect the quality of their product. The site loaded in 6 seconds, had no clear messaging hierarchy, and was built on WordPress with 24 active plugins — creating a maintenance nightmare. We rebuilt on Next.js with Sanity CMS for complete content control. The new site used a dark editorial aesthetic with a clean feature showcase, social proof from enterprise customers, and a prominent free trial CTA above the fold. We fixed the messaging architecture — leading with the customer's outcome rather than the product's features. PageSpeed went from 38 to 97.

We rebuilt the Shopify store on a custom Shopify 2.0 theme with a revenue-first architecture. We moved the core trust signals (reviews, guarantee badge, shipping info) above the add-to-cart button on every product page. We simplified the checkout from 4 screens to 2. We added sticky add-to-cart on mobile. We implemented post-purchase upsell flows. Mobile conversion went from 0.7% to 1.8% in 60 days.
